GTPS Cloud provides a platform for hosting and managing Growtopia Private Server (GTPS) instances. We offer free and paid hosting tiers with varying levels of access, features, and customization options. All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
2. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content, scripts, items, and activity on your hosted server. You agree not to use GTPS Cloud to:
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Host or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt other users’ servers.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Account and Server Sales
The sale or advertisement of GTPS Cloud accounts is strictly prohibited. Since servers are permanently tied to the account that created them, the sale or advertisement of servers is also prohibited. Any account involved in such activity will be terminated.
4. Intellectual Property
GTPS Cloud is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ubisoft Entertainment or Growtopia. All Growtopia-related trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Users are responsible for ensuring their server content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any server or account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or any activity we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid features and upgrades are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
GTPS Cloud and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party claims.
